The mission of the agency is to provide quality palliative care and relieve the suffering of those affected by life-limiting illnesses and end-of-life issues, maintaining the highest ethical standards, so all may live as fully and comfortably as possible.

LifePath Hospice's care is available for anyone residing in Hillsborough, Polk, Hardee and Highlands counties [Florida] who have been diagnosed to be in the last twelve months of a life-limiting illness and are no longer seeking curative treatment.

As one of the largest hospices in the nation, LifePath Hospice has developed programs such as: Caregiver Program; Circle of Love Children's Program; Family Camp Program; Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facility Program; Spanish-speaking staff; and the Outreach Care Program.
